Sales and Marketing Executive
(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office


Responsibilities
- Lead in market research and seeking new sales opportunities.
- Implement sales action plans including post-salesworks for core revenue generation.
- Coordinate sales meetings.
- Oversees on sales project implementation with other departments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on company products and services.
- Prepare sales reports and conduct revenue review from time to time.
- Lead on the clientele database management.
- Contribute and assist in sales content brainstorming and production process, meeting deadlines and are maintaining the focus of the assignment(s).
- Responsible for ensuring that all published content meets a certain standard of quality, is relevant, and deemed useful for the audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or advertising sales, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising trends, digital marketing, and media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
