Sales and Marketing Executive
(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage client accounts and ensure successful delivery of campaigns/projects.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on products and services.
- Conduct sales reporting, revenue tracking, and performance reviews.
- Lead consultative selling and negotiate proposals, budgets, and contracts.
- Oversee media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels.
- Analyse campaign data, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimise results.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Plan and manage manpower resources, scheduling, and project assignments within the division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or media planning & buying.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven, analytical, and commercially minded.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
