Human Resources Executive (Employee Relations and Compliance)
(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office


Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead and manage disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes in line with company policies and labour laws.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, advising employees and line managers on workplace issues and HR policies.
- Foster positive employer–employee relations through proactive engagement, communication, and well-being initiatives.
- Conduct periodic HR compliance checks and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support performance management, training coordination, and other employee development initiatives.
- Provide HR reporting to management, including updates on ER cases, compliance status, and risk indicators.
- Contribute to general HR support activities, including policy updates, HR audits, and organisational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ HR experience with proven exposure to employee relations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and industrial relations practices.
- Experience handling disciplinary cases, grievances, investigations, and employee engagement programmes.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is an added advantage.
