Multi-Skilled Technical Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and act as a key point of contract for technical queries and staffing needs.
• Handle one or more areas: Sound Mixing, Vision Mixing, Lighting Direction, Technical Coordination, Camera Operation, and Floor Management.
• Operate video switchers to manage smooth transitions between camera feeds, graphics, and recorded content.
• Follow director’s cues to ensure visual consistency and broadcast quality.
• Design and format on-screen graphics, lower thirds, banners, and other visual elements.
• Cue and overlay graphics during live or recorded segments, ensuring accuracy and timing.
• liaise between the control room and studio floor, relaying instructions and cues.
• Support seamless coordination of crew, talent, and technical teams during production.

Requirement

• A degree in Broadcast Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent profession experience;
• Is proficient and and knowledgeable in transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems;
• Has 1-3 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Willing to work in shift.
