Office Administrative Assistant Cum Receptionist
(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Handle mail, courier services, and deliveries promptly.
- Maintain reception, lobby, and meeting spaces in a neat, professional manner.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including letters, memos, and data entry.
- Assist with document filing, record management, and supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, room bookings, and refreshments.
- Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to support smooth office operations.
- Support company events, press conferences, and filming sessions.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM; Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years’ experience in front desk or administrative roles; experience in media, broadcasting, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant, professional personality.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or local languages an added advantage.
- Able to multitask and perform well under minimal supervision.
