Personal Assistant
(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage Management’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on key deliverables.
- Develop presentation decks and conduct research to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate communication between Management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of initiatives and flag risks or issues proactively.
- Prepare high-quality paperwork, board papers, and executive reports.
- Ensure strict confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
- Support cross-functional coordination aligned with organisational goals.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ relevant experience (government, GLC, or private sector preferred).
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
- Willing to travel when required.
