Sales and Marketing Executive

(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure successful delivery of campaigns/projects.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on products and services.
  • Conduct sales reporting, revenue tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Lead consultative selling and negotiate proposals, budgets, and contracts.
  • Oversee media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels.
  • Analyse campaign data, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Plan and manage manpower resources, scheduling, and project assignments within the division.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or media planning & buying.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and commercially minded.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
