Sales Executive
(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office


Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for advertising solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and present customised advertising proposals to clients.
- Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending suitable advertising solutions.
- Sell a range of advertising services, including digital marketing, social media ads, print ads, TV, radio, and billboard advertising.
- Prepare sales contracts and agreements; and negotiate pricing and advertising packages with clients.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or advertising sales, preferability in the media industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising trends digital marketing, and media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales target.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
