Sales Executive

(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for advertising solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and present customised advertising proposals to clients.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending suitable advertising solutions.
  • Sell a range of advertising services, including digital marketing, social media ads, print ads, TV, radio, and billboard advertising.
  • Prepare sales contracts and agreements; and negotiate pricing and advertising packages with clients.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or advertising sales, preferability in the media industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising trends digital marketing, and media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales target.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
