Social Media Executive

(Full-Time) Based in Kuching HQ Office

Responsibilities

  • Developing & implementing social media strategies for promoting the TV station’s programs and increasing audience engagement.
  • Creating, curating & managing the TVS’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos, that aligns with the TVS’s brand and target audience.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing to develop and execute social media campaigns that support the TVS’s goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring social media trends, analytics, track key metrics, such as follower growth & engagement rates.
  • Responding social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner & build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
  • Maintaining a content calendar and ensure that all social media content is delivered on time and meets the TV station’s standards.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the entertainment or broadcasting industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry.
