Human Resource Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the Human Resource functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource executives.
  • Consolidate and update employee records, both hard and soft copies in regular basis.
  • Coordinate and process the documentation relating to personnel activities i.e. recruitment, training, grievances, claim, payroll, performance evaluations and etc.
 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Business Administration / Economics / or any related field minimum 3.0 CGPA.
  • At least one (1) year working experience in Human Resources field.
  • Well-versed in Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations, and Employment Laws.
  • Systematic thinker with strong analytical skills, adaptability, resilience and maturity with ability to maintain high confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
